Windows build is broken...

This is 100% my own stupidity with CMake when I threw this together. Maybe it's failing to make an import .lib or something? I'm not sure at the moment.

You're building SDL_native_midi as a shared library, but are not exporting any symbol.
The Windows MSVC compiler will then create a dll, but no import library.

So either export some symbols, or build it as a static library.

Add this to your CMakeLists.txt:

set_property(TARGET SDL_native_midi PROPERTY DEFINE_SYMBOL "DLL_EXPORT")
