1.4.0 - Bugs and Features

Fixed death rate and dark death rate behavior, Bone Meal Success Rate messages disabled for those who have OP, added two new modifiers: 'needs-hoe-for-drops' and 'needs-hoe-for-farmland-retain'. Link to the custom biomes topic added to the config.yml.
