1.0.8 — self-hosted Protomaps basemap (retire expired CARTO)

Replaces the retired CARTO dark basemap (license expired, blanking the map) with a self-hosted Protomaps dark vector basemap rendered via protomaps-leaflet 5.1.0. No third-party tile provider, no API key. Falls back to OpenStreetMap raster only if the basemap archive can't load.

⚠️ Per-site install step: the ~180 MB .pmtiles archive is not in this ZIP (too large; it must live outside the plugin folder so updates don't wipe it). After installing/updating, place the archive once per site at wp-content/bl-maps/bl-basemap-world-z7.pmtiles. Rebuild it with basemap/build-basemap.sh; full instructions in basemap/README.md. Already installed on the boartlongyearproducts.com production site.

The archive is served same-origin from wp-content/bl-maps/ (HTTP Range, no CORS). Override its location with the BL_LOCMAP_PMTILES_URL constant or the bl_locmap_pmtiles_url filter. Map now caps at zoom 12 and overzooms the z7 source cleanly.
