What's Changed

• Fix UTC offset display and timezone conversion for Daylight Saving Time by @copilot-swe-agent in #3
• Users can now parse dates to do conversions between two time zones
• Extension uses local culture for date formats wherever possible. However, if it detects MM/DD/YYYY it will use US/Invariant culture. Thank you, America, for being different
• UTC now shows the correct value for Daylight Saving timezones (When DST is in effect)
