Fix

  • Add dummy _: bool parameter to get_index_status and clear_index tools
  • VS Code Copilot MCP client injects _: boolean for tools with zero required parameters — pydantic was rejecting this extra field
  • 16/16 MCP tools now work correctly through Copilot
