_fin/with its outcome ledger. Terminal outcome DONE: Windows stack #1944→#1945→#1946→#1947 (+#1949) and FastWire #1893/#1965/#1904 merged todevin order with per-PR scratch-worktree validation; #1956 closed as landed-via-#1965 (ancestry-proven); #1885 held open behind the #1875 B2 pricing gate. Residuals from the plan audits are recorded and discharged in the ledger.Verification
