The app works the same, just updated a few things and changed the settings location so it works everywhere now.

Windows: You just have to run the GithubExplorer.exe, the many other files are (because of the deployment process) still needed..
MacOs: You just have to run the GithubExplorer.app, the many other files are (because of the deployment process) still needed..

The GithubExplorer application currently has the following known bugs:

Running the GithubExplorer application is still straightforward, but deploying MAUI is still a a challenging process, thats why I only upload the windows executable and this in a zip-file again (I think I will do this for a while).
