Unbound Quest Menu

This feature branch is based off of the work of psf and ruby. I originally implemented both for my own hack, Pokemon Starbound, and then ported it to this clean feature branch so it's easy for users to simply pull the code instead of having to manually copy and merge everything.

Pull Instructions

With a clean working directory, run the following commands:

git remote add belle https://github.com/lienne/pokeemerald-expansion.git
git pull belle unbound-quest-menu
