This is the first public release of the Kanso Framework.

Version v0.9.0 represents a feature-complete preview: the core concepts,
artifacts, and implementation model are defined, while the framework remains open
to refinement based on real-world usage and feedback.

• Definition of Operational Friction and Cost of Complexity
• Introduction of the Kanso Index (IK)
• Core artifacts: Friction Ledger, Friction RCA, Harmony Board
• Implementation levels: Kanso Lite, Core, and Full
