This PR removes support for the old interface (LegacyProxyServer) from the BrowserMobProxyServer class. It creates a new BrowserMobProxyServerLegacyAdapter class to implement LegacyProxyServer for legacy clients that have not yet switched to the new methods.
This is part 1 of a far-reaching restructuring in advance of 2.1.0.
