Description
Explain that direct dashboard Can edit grants allow editing tiles, while Full access grants deletion of the dashboard itself. Clarify inherited deletion rights and the separate permissions for Recently deleted.
Merge after lightdash/lightdash#29076 is released; this describes the new permission behavior. Changed-page docs validation passes with zero errors, and
git diff --checkpasses.
