What changed

Give the toasts an undo, a clock and one width (#14)

A wrong click had no way back. The board deleted a card, saved the settings or
moved a card, and the toast said so with no way to reverse it.

• A toast now carries an Undo button when kari can reverse the action: a
  delete, an archive, a move to another column, a new task, a save of a card,
  of the settings or of the columns, the hooks switch and the automation
  switch. Undo puts the old state back and reports it in the next toast.
• An undo of a delete needs the card again, so the node API takes
  POST /cards/restore with the whole card in the body. The card comes back
  with its id, its times and its session. A node that predates the route
  answers 404, and the message says to update it. One test holds that a card
  survives the JSON round trip.
• A thin bar along the foot of each toast shows the time that is left. The bar
  is the clock: the toast closes when the bar ends, so the two cannot disagree.
• The whole stack holds while the pointer is on it, or while a button in it has
  the focus. Nothing moves under the hand.
• The stack has one width, so the close button sits at the same edge on every
  toast. "Dismiss all" appears above two or more toasts.
• A render can no longer restart the countdown of a toast. The close callback
  lives in a ref, so the clock starts once.
• The phone and the desktop share one toast component now. The phone gained
  the close button, the hold, the bar and the undo.

Install

Download the .dmg for your Mac: aarch64 for Apple silicon, x64 for Intel.
The app is not signed. After you copy it to Applications, run:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/kari.app

An installed kari updates itself to this release: it checks on start and every six hours,
writes the new version beside the running one and offers a restart. Settings, Updates has the switch.

A Linux host runs the headless node from kari-node-v0.6.0-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz,
a Windows host from kari-node-v0.6.0-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip.
Start it with kari-node serve and add it under Settings, Nodes in the app.
A node updates itself only when asked: kari-node update, or serve --auto-update.

An Android phone installs kari-latest.apk. Add this repository to Obtainium: the asset name never
carries the version and the signing key never changes, so an update installs over the previous build.
The phone reaches the nodes over a private network, such as a VPN, and pairs with the code from
Settings, Nodes on the desktop. See TOUR.md.
