Starting from Matt's code wanting to find bugs before I start building on top of it too much. Getting a good layer of tests so I can later move things around knowing that I haven't broken things will be good.
This adds some basic integration tests for sending and receiving from the built in ldk-node. My next step is trying to generalize the trusted wallet and make a dummy version so I can start making tests around the trusted wallet functions as well as the logic for rebalances.
