v0.2.0

Pairs the SDK with the wavelength v0.2.0 release.

Behavior change: invoice sends no longer use server credit unless you authorize it. If your app pays invoices below 1,000 sats or spends credit the wallet holds, pass maxCreditSat and maxCreditTopupSat on the invoice arm of SendRequest.
