  • Source inspection, cursor navigation, and saved-evidence validation recheck that identity before serving source data.
  • Changed, missing, or incomplete source coverage stays explicit while exact locations, independent result lanes, and existing result budgets remain available.

Validation completed locally and in CI: 592 passed, 4 environment skips, 0 failed across 596 tests; quality gates, package dry run, and published-package smoke checks passed.
