Overview

Track Phase 2-3 execution of comprehensive documentation standards initiative.

Phase 2: Enhancement (IN PROGRESS)

Expand each of the 9 documentation standards with:

• Add 2-3+ Mermaid diagrams per document (18-27 total)
• Add real-world examples from existing repo files
• Audit awesome-copilot patterns and incorporate
• Add cross-reference "See also" sections
• Verify all 20+ external links are functional

Phase 3: Merge & Validation (PENDING)

• All CI checks pass
• Merge PR docs(standards): Agent & Skills Standards Comprehensive Documentation - Batch 1 #1251 to develop (squash merge)
• Delete feature branch docs/agent-skills-standards-comprehensive
• Update AGENTS.md to reference new docs
• Close all child issues Agent Design & Folder Structure #1262-AI Model & Runner References #1270

⏳ Each document includes 2-3+ Mermaid diagrams
