Phase 2: Enhance 9 agent standards documentation with diagrams, examples, and cross-references

Summary

Enhance the 9 agent standards documentation files with Phase 2 improvements: Mermaid diagrams, real-world examples, awesome-copilot patterns, and cross-references.

Phase 2 Enhancement Scope

For each of 9 documents:

1. Mermaid Diagrams: Add 2-3 diagrams (architecture, decision trees, lifecycle, folder structure)
2. Real-World Examples: Reference actual repo files (agents/, skills/, workflows/)
3. awesome-copilot Patterns: Incorporate clear organization, progressive disclosure, templates
4. Cross-References: Add 'See also' sections linking to related docs
5. Link Validation: Verify all external links are functional

• Markdown linting passes
• All frontmatter valid
