  • Add a read-only REST API for a project's reporting settings and credit policies.
  • Add Redmine Mirror modules copying the reporting settings and credit policies from another Redmine. They load only when Mirror is installed.
  • Fix "already initialized constant" warnings at boot when plugins/ is a symlink (e.g. a Capistrano shared directory): the plugin files were loaded twice.

Validation: Redmine 5.0.14, 5.1.13, 6.0.11, 6.1.4 and 7.0.1; SQLite, PostgreSQL 16, MySQL 8.0 and MariaDB 10.11; Chromium, SLA coexistence, Redmine Mirror and disposable demo smoke checks.

Installation: extract the attached archive into plugins/redmine_reporting, follow the README upgrade procedure, run plugin migrations and restart Redmine. This release adds no migration.
