  • Demo data: with redmine_sla on PostgreSQL or MySQL, the generator adds a Demo support SLA (business hours Monday to Friday, response and resolution terms per priority) on the support trackers of every demo project, and lets the SLA plugin compute their delays.
  • The configuration guide shows the Run & Support (SLA) report. Its screenshots can be regenerated with the SLA plugin on PostgreSQL (COMPAT_SLA_PATH=… test/documentation/run.sh).

Validation: Redmine 5.0.14, 5.1.13, 6.0.11, 6.1.4 and 7.0.1; SQLite, PostgreSQL 16, MySQL 8.0 and MariaDB 10.11; Chromium, redmine_sla v3.0.5 (CI, including the SLA demo) and v3.3.3, and disposable demo smoke checks.

Installation: extract the attached archive into plugins/redmine_reporting, follow the README upgrade procedure and restart Redmine. This release adds no migration and does not change the reports.
