Assign Places, Bookings, Transports, etc to Specific Buddies

Request to add the ability to assign places, bookings, transports and the like to specific buddies. Additionally allow filtering of items to only those assigned to the signed in user (or select users for filtering).

Purpose is to allow a group trip, say, a family trip where we all have separate flight itineraries, some different events scheduled, etc. to be planned as one Trek Trip, but we could assign these different items to the persons they apply to.

Duplicate of #1517 — assigning bookings and items to specific trip members.

Closing in favour of the older thread. One thing from your request isn't covered
there: filtering the view down to only the items assigned to you. Please add that
to #1517, it's a useful extension.
