[FEATURE] Rich formatting and color customization for Place Notes

It would be great if Place Notes had a few more formatting options.

For example:

Clickable links
Basic Markdown or rich-text formatting
Text colors
Background colors for note blocks
A filled note icon using the selected note color

This could make reminders, warnings, and recommendations easier to notice and organize.
