Having full trip itinerary

[elamotte]

Would be useful to see sum of all day itinerary with like big steps, travel mode global distance etc...

Would be especially useful when doing road trip for final fuel consumption or when doing multi country traveling.

Closing this as a duplicate of #1736, which asks for the same thing and has gathered the discussion: one map with the whole route across all days, plus the total distance.

Your two additions are worth keeping, so I have carried them over there rather than letting them close with this thread: the travel mode per stage in that overview, and the reason you want the total, a road trip where the number is what you feed your fuel estimate, or a multi-country trip where the per-day numbers say nothing about the whole. Please follow and add to #1736 from here.
