Quick update, partially to fix auto update (which works now!) failing on last version due to a bad manifest, partially because Poptracker version 0.30.0 fixed the bug causing the location name change in 0.4.2 of this pack.

• Logic updated for version 0.4.9-rc1 of the APworld
• Location names changed, most notably:
  • All instances of "Flaaghra" corrected to "Flaahgra"
  • Flavor text removed from most rooms which only contain an item. Extra text for boss names and hints (e.g. "Thardus," "Cordite locker") was kept
  • Corrected hint in Metroid Quarantine B
