First stable release. DevSwitcher Tools is now available on the Visual Studio Marketplace.

Six supported toolchains — Rust, C++ (CMake), C#, Python, Go, Node.js/TypeScript — behind one status-bar cockpit:

  • Per-project option chips (profile/configuration, target, features, CMake presets, npm scripts, …)
  • Build / Run / Debug / Stop through the VS Code Task API, with file-untouched invocation overlays
  • Run groups with staged startup and readiness gates (port open / HTTP status)
  • Full settings page (project cards, option catalog, profiles export/import, run groups)
  • Keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl/Cmd+Alt+B/R/S/D/P/G/,), New Project wizard, Doctor diagnostics
  • State in workspaceState — no database, no canonical-file edits

Install: from the Marketplace, or download the attached .vsix and run
code --install-extension devswitcher-tools-1.0.0.vsix

Known issue: the dedicated WSL manual test pass has not been run for this release (the extension is built remote-safe). See Known limitations in the README.
