feat(gpu): configurable CUDA / cuDNN folders

- CudaNativeLoader loads only the user-set folders (Settings → GPU); no disk
  scanning during indexing/search
- settings panel auto-detects and persists the folders when unset, with a
  Detect button to re-detect/reset
- README: get the runtime from NVIDIA redistributables, not the full toolkit
