• Readable large cost amounts: cost tiles now abbreviate instead of printing full digit strings — USD uses K/M/B (.06M, .20K), CNY uses 万/亿 (¥106.39万, ¥2.35亿). Small amounts are unchanged (.50). (#61)

Shared links

• Cost card no longer shows $0: shared-link pages could not read run metadata (GPU count) because the runs-list endpoint is login-only, so cost was computed as duration × 0. A new GET /api/v1/runs/{id} detail endpoint accepts the same share-token authorization as metrics — expiry and per-run binding checks apply unchanged; expired or mismatched tokens are rejected. Model name, config tiles and start time in the shared view are restored too. (#62)
• Read-only share view: Edit Layout / Add Chart / Snap / New Board / Share / Resume are now hidden for shared links, and view-only controls (Smooth, X axis, replay) no longer fire save requests — no more 401 noise. (#62)

Boards: training replay (#60)

New Replay control in the Boards toolbar (before "X: Step"). One click sweeps the whole board through the training timeline: line charts grow, histogram/PCA/Landscape cards advance their frames, and info-card elapsed/cost/step freeze at the replay position. Progress slider with scrubbing, speed presets 1×–32× (1× = full run in 20s), stops at the last step; ✕ exits back to live data.

Boards: data pipeline fix + PCA & Landscape widgets (#56, #57)

Fixed a prop mismatch present since the very first dashboards PR that made histogram/figure/text/table/media widgets throw on render — adding them silently did nothing and the board could get stuck at "Loading boards…" forever. Only line/info widgets were unaffected. Also added two new widget types: PCA (3D cluster scatter with step slider and view controls) and Landscape (loss-landscape heatmap/contour/3D with the full explorer feature set), both available in Add Chart.

Boards UX polish (#58, #59)

• Histogram Value axis: thinned, horizontal labels with uniform 4-decimal formatting (stats tooltips included); narrow cards hide axes entirely.
• Widgets now lazy-mount by viewport — adding a chart or loading a large board no longer instantiates offscreen charts (removes the add-chart lag).
• Add Chart dialog tabs are now filtered by data availability.

• Duration and cost are fully data-driven — derived from the wall-time span of logged metrics, so counters freeze when a run finishes or crashes (#45)
• Train cost supports a currency choice ($ / ¥), with GPU count auto-detected from env.hardware.gpus (#48)
• Model name resolves from model_name → train_model → model; it can be renamed with a display alias (double-click in edit mode, original config value untouched), and cost tiles are renamable too (#48, #50)

Web UI — Boards layout

• Card snapping reworked: per-card multi-direction snap (up/down/left/right, combinable e.g. up+left) via a magnet popover; snapped seams merge into a single line with square corners, and snap declarations pointing at empty space go dormant (#48–#50)
• Status dot colors now match the runs list: running = green with a blink, finished = gray, crashed = soft red; minimum card size lowered to 3×2 for all types (#48, #49)
• Narrow info cards wrap their header instead of truncating the model name (#49)
• Info cards can be resized taller manually (content-fit height remains the floor), and height dragging shows a live preview again on all card types (#51)

• Search box on the Info tab filtering both hyperparameters and metrics (#52)
