Stable reproducible research-product release. Provenance and the committed CC-BY dataset were checked; 387 proteins, 228,662 residues, the frozen register, and threshold sweep were reproduced. Product version 1.0.0 leaves the frozen v0.1 study unchanged. See docs/v1-release-audit.md.
