Stable reproducible research-product release. The official CHIME/VizieR catalog was re-fetched, the 536/62/18 structure was confirmed, and the frozen register was reproduced. Product version 1.0.0 does not alter the frozen v0.1 study or broaden its inference. See docs/v1-release-audit.md.
