Summary

• restore projects list --include-archived
• restore bounded projects read expansion with --milestones-first and --issues-first, including 0 skip semantics
• restore project icon/color create/update options, clear lead/date flags, and singular --team compatibility

Thanks for the contribution, Ralf — appreciate you restoring the project workflow options (archived listing, bounded milestone/issue expansion with skip semantics, icon/color/lead/date flags, and the singular --team compatibility).

I did some rebases and internal fixes on this branch to keep it aligned and up to date with next. It'll be shipped shortly to the pre-release channel.
