ZeppBridge 1.1.2 — backfill, date picker, and complete English error paths / 补拉、日期选择器与英文错误链路

Two reported bugs that blocked real use are fixed: one failed history chunk no longer stalls the whole backfill queue, and the Hand to AI date picker no longer falls outside the window.

English UI now renders stable localized codes for backend errors and user-facing status text, with a fail-closed fallback that never leaks Chinese backend prose. Sign-in can also read credentials from local/session storage and reports credential-read failures directly.

两个卡住真实使用的问题已修复：一个失败的历史块不再卡死整个补拉队列；交给 AI 的日期选择器不再掉到窗口之外。英文界面的错误与状态文案现在按稳定码本地化，兜底也不会泄漏中文后端原文；登录还能读取 local/session storage 中的凭据，并直接提示凭据读取失败。
