[cli] print all origins for one message

We disabled the origins in the message files to avoid frequent merge conflicts, but would be great if we have a way to see all origins of a given message. IDE search is not always easy to use (mismatches etc, especially for short messages).

something like lingui print --origin --message-id xxxx etc
