docs: note AI agent skill coverage in Google ICM sections - #172

The ios, react-native, flutter, and android skills already implement ICM (ODM SDK add + setConsent wiring) as of linkrunner-skills 0.4.1, but the docs never mentioned it. Add the same "AI coding agent" callout used elsewhere to the Google ICM feature page and each platform's ICM/consent section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
