SciLitBench v1.0.0

Initial public release of SciLitBench.

This release includes the benchmark annotations, prompts, schemas, scoring code,
audit materials, harmonization artifacts, and full-text availability metadata.
The attached scilitbench-predictions.tar.gz archive contains the released TA,
FT, and DE model outputs used by the reproduction scripts.
