  • [New] Send Email on the Linode Platform --- This is a new guide that outlines our updated email restriction policies and removal procedures. It also provides some best practices and links to mail server guides.
  • [Update] Running a Mail Server --- Removes the Sending Email on Linode section (which contained incorrect workflows) and adds the email restriction notice.
  • [Update] Email restrictions notice (shortguide) --- Reworks this shortguide to more clearly describe the restrictions and how to get additional information. Now links to the new Send Email on a Compute Instance guide. This note is no longer collapsible and is fully displayed without user interaction (previously readers only saw the title until they expanded the note).
  • [Update] Getting Started with Compute Instances --- Adds the email restrictions notice shortguide.
  • [Update] Create a Compute Instance --- Adds the email restrictions notice shortguide.
  • [Update] Setting Up and Securing a Compute Instance --- Adds the email restrictions notice shortguid.
  • [Update] Getting Started on the Linode Platform --- Replaces a note about the email restrictions with the email restrictions notice shortguide, which makes the restrictions more noticeable.
