• Updates Storybook to latest ⬆️

Significant Changes

• Dependencies: Upgrade @joshwooding/vite-plugin-react-docgen-typescript to 0.3.1 storybookjs/storybook#26673
  • We can now see autodoc changes without restarting the dev server (a page refresh is still needed 😔)
• Dependencies: Upgrade ejs to 3.1.10 storybookjs/storybook#27054
  • Resolves https://github.com/linode/manager/security/dependabot/100 for us

Tested locally and storybook is looking good! Curious as to why the changes to some of the component stories were required -- was it a breaking change in storybook?

I think there was a breaking change with the TypeScript types specifically @hkhalil-akamai
