Two lines had drifted the moment the code changed under them: the flag block
still quoted the old '--json machine-readable output where it makes sense',
and the autonomy table still described ask_integrations as 'the same, plus
integration-shaped work' from when it did nothing at all. The second edit had
silently not applied -- prettier had padded the table, so the replacement did
not match and nothing said so.

Checked the other way round this time: every flag --help prints is now looked
up in the doc, rather than trusting that an edit landed.
