Highlights

• Workspace sync now defaults to directory whitelist mode: only workspace/memory, workspace/skills, and workspace/config are included.
• Other workspace folders are ignored by default and can be explicitly included via --workspace-include-globs patterns.
• Pack scan output is cleaner: excluded workspace files are no longer printed line-by-line, and summary labels focus on whitelist decisions.
