v0.9.0 Initial public release

This is the initial public release. I've converted my playbooks over entirely to this version and tested the existing use cases I have (74 uses in 19K lines of playbooks, deploying almost 200 machines). This is the culmination of 4 previous versions I've been experimenting with over the last 3 years. This is an early public release, but it has extensive use in our ansible playbooks, including half of our dev+stg infrastructure every day.
