Add helper and flash menu to check zip file provided hashes.txt for live check of runtime ram initramfs vs to be flashed rom

#2181 introduces hashes.txt in zip file

With it added, we can now provide an option when we intend to flash a zip file to verify runtime vs to be flashed rom.
