Update copy of empty states

Changes proposed ✍️

• Fix tab load on Community Help Center module. Add beforeEnter method to routes
• Fix display of pagination component before loading in Community Help Center module
• Update copy for empty states following new designs:
  • Activities
  • Conversations
  • Reports
  • CHC (as 3 tabs)
  • Member profile (Edit attributes+Manage attributes)
  • Automations (executions)

• Screenshots (front-end changes only)
