Category inclusions - SOPS and OpenBao

Not sure if this or an issue is the right place to file, but was comparing OpenBao and SOPS today:

• SOPS could be added to Secrets Management & Credential Storage
• OpenBao could be added to Cryptography & Public Key Infrastructure (supports x.509, ssh, and general KMS functionality) and Supply Chain Security & Dependency Management (latter mentions secrets management).
