Incorrect number of PRs

Steps to reproduce

1. Check number of PRs for danielgblanco for the past 365 days at https://insights.linuxfoundation.org/project/opentelemetry/contributors, currently at 49.

2. Check same data via GitHub CLI with gh search prs --author="danielgblanco" --owner="open-telemetry" --created=">=2025-05-18" --limit 100, showing 57 PRs

Expected vs. actual behavior

I would expect the number reported on LFX Insights to match GitHub CLI results, especially since none of these were automated PRs.
