XSI icon is incompatible with old Linux Mint versions

Bug description

Xreader 4.6.4 is pushed by Update Manager and get installed. However, it uses XSI icons, which doesn't exist in Linux Mint versions before Mint 22.3. Thus the program become broken and the toolbar become empty space.

Steps to reproduce

Let the update manager run and get the new xreader installed in a computer running a Linux Mint before Mint 22.3.

Expected behavior

Update shouldn't break things.

xapp-symbolic-icons was backported to Mint 21. We'll add a dependency to install it automatically.
