debian/rules and exclude pycache/.pyc from dh_install, which
"debian/install" pulled in via "lib/". - postinst: byte-compile environment.py on "configure" instead of on
"abort-upgrade|abort-remove|abort-deconfigure", where it never ran on a
normal installation.
