Added

  • The main agent can work its subagents the way it works a shell. Every
agent now has an id, named when it launches, in its result and in its
completion notice, and four new tools take it back: agentsend messages
an agent — a running one reads it after its current step, and a finished
one resumes its conversation with it, so a follow-up question costs
one message instead of a fresh agent starting over; agentoutput shows
what an agent has been doing as a summary of its tool calls
(Bash(curl -s …), one line each) and its final response, and with
wait blocks until it finishes, its cell streaming each call as it
starts; agentkill stops a running agent while keeping it resumable; and
agentlist names every agent of the session. An answer agentoutput
already handed the main agent is not followed by a notice repeating it,
and finished agents stay resumable — up to the 16 most recent — after their
roster rows are gone. The id also shows on the agent's Ctrl+O cell
    (docs/agent-tools.md).
  • The main agent knows when you talked to a subagent yourself. A
message you type into an agent's session view now reaches the main agent
as yours: the notice of the agent's answer — or a waiting agent's result —
lists what you sent it, saying it came from you and not from the main
agent, and agentoutput quotes it where it arrived. Before, the answer came
back looking like part of the main agent's own conversation, and a chat
with an agent that had finished in the foreground never reached the main
    agent at all (docs/agent-tools.md).

Fixed

  • A running command's cell follows the rows that are still moving. The
live Bash(…) cell showed the output's last four rows, which for a
program that redraws in place — sudo pacman -Syy downloading its
databases in parallel — were the bars that had already finished, while
the ones still moving sat hidden in the +N lines count above them,
visible only in Ctrl+O. The window now ends at the lowest row that changed
within two seconds of the newest change, so the bars still downloading
stay on screen and the finished ones are what folds away, the window never
hides a row it has room for, and the footer counts every hidden row. A command whose newest output is at its end —
every ordinary command — shows exactly the tail it always did; the
subagent session view follows the same rule (docs/tool-streaming.md).
