Fixed

  • memex check under-counted every ghost node while Obsidian was running.
The Obsidian-native path parses unresolved verbose format=json; Obsidian
CLI 1.12.5+ joins the sources field with ", ", but the parser split on
newline, so every multi-source link collapsed to a single ref and the
OVERDUE / READY / MATURING tiers never fired in that mode (the headless
filesystem fallback was correct, which is why the bug went unnoticed). The
    parser now accepts both separators.
  • Separator-drift tripwire. Obsidian's own count (link occurrences) is
cross-checked against the parsed sources; memex check warns on stderr if
the split is over-eager (count < sources) or if every multi-occurrence
link collapses to one source — the signature of the bug above. Verified to
fire on the old parser (535/535) and stay silent on the fixed one.
