v0: fix(tools): gutter-cache bundles jsonc-parser the way the build does

The settings block brought jsonc-parser into src/editor, and the check
bundles that source itself: without the build's alias esbuild took the UMD
entry, whose require("./impl/format") the bundle cannot satisfy, and CI's
extensions job failed on it. The alias resolves from the working directory,
so the bundle now runs from the extension's, as `pnpm run build` does.
