Adds our i) permissioning of the withdraw-stake functionality and ii) allows freezable token on top of a fork of the latest spl-stake-pool release v2.0.4, incorporating the latest security mitigations raised by the Solana foundation.
We upgraded to this version on 2 December 2025 (transaction). The build was verified at commit tag program@2.0.0-lc (transaction).
