If the filename starts with DEBUG, BLE debug logging is enabled.

CAUTION: *-merged.bin should only be used when “Erase Flash” is selected before flashing on the ESP.

Recommended procedure:

• Flash erase, then flash *-merged or .uf2/.zip
  OR
• Export backup
• Flash
• Factory reset
• Import backup
