Two domain shifts in one release: enforced auth on all endpoints (breaking for direct /v1/* callers), and a full workflow-timeline view that visualizes agent concurrency, sequential interleaving, and multi-model sessions.

Highlights

Workflow Timeline (new)

  • Sequential-interleave tracker with R1/R2 pre-numbering
  • Parallel-lane inference: orchestrator + Fork/Teammate lanes
  • Lane identity routing via coreHash + convId
  • WCAG ≥3:1 lane color pool (light + dark)
  • Birdseye overview mode (magnified minimap)
  • Adaptive overview height (viewport-proportional)
  • L1/L2 dual-state selection (Tab → j/k → Esc drill-down)
  • Mixed-model lane labels with seq-stitched markers

Dashboard

  • Collapsible sidebar toggle
  • Cache-creation TTL split (5m/1h) in turn detail
  • hiddenProjects setting — hide projects from shared views
  • Per-session entry cap (SESSION_ENTRY_CAP)
  • Error state on fetch failure (replaces infinite spinner)

Auth (breaking)

  • Upstream auth enforced (X-Ccxray-Auth header required on /v1/*)
  • Dashboard auth enforced (session cookie / bearer / X-Ccxray-Auth)
  • ?token= query removed entirely
  • Hub IPC moved to Unix domain socket (~/.ccxray/hub.sock)
  • Launcher auto-bootstrap (zero-friction for ccxray claude / ccxray codex)
